Return Process

  Initiate a Return Request

  Contact our customer support team via the official portal or email with your order number and clear photos of the device and its serial number.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is verified, our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the specific warehouse address for your region.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the device in its original box, include the RMA form inside, and ship the package using a trackable courier service to ensure safe delivery.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the hardware to confirm its condition, we will process your refund or dispatch a replacement unit within 3 to 5 business days.
